The General Waitlist:
How It Works -
The General Waitlist is for applicants who have completed the Application Process and Background Check. Once approved, applicants will be added to the list; however, being on the waitlist does not guarantee priority when puppies become available (as stated above). After the puppies are born, all applicants will be notified. At 7 weeks old, each puppy will undergo a temperament test to assess their personality, energy level, and needs, ensuring the best possible match with a suitable home. At 7.5 weeks, applicants will be contacted based on the puppy’s needs and how well they align with each applicant’s lifestyle, ensuring the puppy is placed in the most fitting environment.
Once the puppies are ready for selection, applicants will have the opportunity to choose a puppy based on their suitability to the family’s lifestyle. This means that not all applicants may be selected for a puppy from the litter, as placement depends on each puppy’s characteristics and the family’s needs. For instance, a high-energy puppy may be placed with an active family, while a calmer one may be more appropriate for a laid-back home. The goal is to place each puppy where they will thrive, rather than following a first-come, first-served approach.
Puppy Holding Fee:
Holding a Puppy -
In order to reserve a puppy, a Non-Refundable Holding FEE is required to secure your selection, thereby rendering that particular puppy inaccessible to others until it is released to you (unless for some reason your Holding Fee is forfeited, and puppy relisted as available). The Holding Fee amount is subsequently deducted from the overall price of the designated puppy. Please note that Holding Fees will only be accepted once a puppy has been chosen. Therefore, Holding Fees will not be entertained prior to the birth of the puppies nor before they reach 7.5 weeks. It is imperative that the Holding Fee be paid in full to effectively secure the specified pup.
Holding Fee -
The Holding Fee is non-refundable (Excludes California Residents, due to State Law); however, you are allowed one transfer to a different puppy within the same litter ONLY if more than one option was originally offered to you. This transfer is only available if the alternate puppy has not already been selected by someone else. The opportunity for a transfer will arise after all considered individuals have made their selections. Please keep in mind that this is a one-time transfer, and no further changes will be allowed after it has been used. If you choose not to proceed with a puppy from the current litter, you may withdraw, but the Holding Fee is non-refundable. You can either apply it to a future litter or forfeit it entirely.
*Holding Fees MUST be paid via Good Dog or Stripe. Klarna, offered through Good Dog, is not offered for the Holding Fee (or "Deposit" as listed on Good Dog).*
Pick Up/Delivery Day:
Pick Up -
Before picking up your puppy, the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Accepted payment methods include the Good Dog Platform and Secure Electronic Payment via Stripe (debit card only). This payment route ensures a smooth transition and allows time for payment to process without any complications. Once the payment has been received and confirmed, you will get a signed copy of your Puppy Purchase Agreement same-day. Prompt payment is essential to finalize the process and prevent any delays in bringing your new companion home.
*I DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS, CASH APPS, OR OFFER PAYMENT PLANS PERSONALLY. However, Good Dog offers Klarna for the remaining puppy balance AFTER the Holding Fee (or "Deposit" as listed on Good Dog).*
Delivery -
In the case of acquiring your puppy through Ground Transportation, it is essential to settle the remaining balance through Good Dog ONLY at least 5 days before the scheduled pick-up. Failure to complete the payment in full will result in the cancellation of the puppy's dispatch, incurring a cancellation fee determined by the transporter. Reasons For a Waitlist Removal:
General Waitlist -
If, after 72 hours of the breeder attempting to communicate with the buyer regarding the chosen puppy (whether it pertains to scheduling for pick-up/delivery or general inquiries), the Holding Fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued due to a lack of communication. The 3-day timeframe is considered sufficient for responding to messages, especially given the significance of the matter concerning acquiring a puppy. While follow-up messages will be sent, the countdown begins from the initial message until a response is received from the buyer. Communication is a critical aspect, particularly when it involves contacting the buyer about a puppy that is soon to be in their care. The Puppy Purchase Agreement explicitly emphasizes the importance of timely communication, including messages, photos, videos, and updates.

La única diferencia es que hay MÁS preguntas involucradas. Solo se venderá 1 Cachorro de cada camada producida con Registro Completo. Si desea obtener el registro completo, se REQUIERE que obtenga las siguientes pruebas de salud (que se encuentran en la parte inferior de la página) para la raza. No es su elección elegir 1 o 2 pruebas para hacer de la lista, TODAS las pruebas DEBEN hacerse ANTES de introducir al cachorro/perro en un programa. Los resultados necesarios también se enumeran a continuación. Si el Cachorro/Perro no cumple con estos resultados, debe ser esterilizado/castrado a los 24 meses de edad (no menor de 18 meses, no mayor de 24 meses).
